Cruise Ship Move In Freshmen Dorms

CRUISE SHIP SERVICE  Move-in crews unload parents' cars under temporary loading docks just a few steps away from the freshmen dorms. This was the university's second year utilizing the "Cruise Ship Move-In" as a way to reduce the stress of move in and allowing families to have more time to spend together on campus.  Photo by Morgan Thomson

NEW HOME  The outside of Eaton Residence Hall was quiet as move in teams made the process quick and efficient. The building is located next to the construction site of the new Student Housing Village, set to open in fall 2020.  Photo by Morgan Thomson

Bed Bath Beyond Pop up

SHOP 'TIL YOU DROP  Freshmen and their families browse the Bed Bath & Beyond pop-up shop on the Lakeside Patio for dorm essentials. This saves them from the crowded streets and aisles of stores as students around the university are preparing to move in to their apartment or dorm.  Photo by Morgan Thomson

WELCOME  Families wait for their freshmen to finish signing in for housing and to get their Cancard photo taken. Each student checks in and gets their Canecard at the residential college they will be living in for the year.  Photo by Morgan Thomson
